Returns
You have 30 days to return any unworn piece for a refund or an exchange. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Your 14-day statutory right to cancel is unaffected. Clip-on conversions are made to order and can’t be returned unless faulty.
Thirty days from the date of purchase. Send it back unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the item value or exchange it for another piece to the same value — whichever you prefer. The ribbon may be untied.
You do, unless the item is faulty or damaged, or we sent you the wrong thing — then the return is entirely at our expense and we will put it right without delay.

Would you prefer an exchange? Tell us the piece you would like and we will reserve it while your parcel is on its way.
As soon as the returned items reach our warehouse, to your original payment method.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within fourteen days of receiving it, and then have a further fourteen days to send the goods back. Our thirty-day returns sit alongside this right and do not affect it.
They are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty. A clip-on conversion takes up to five working days.
